Skin packaging at PTG: Skin and blister machine
The skin and blister machine Magicskin 570 is able to attach the products to a cardboard box or to some other smooth surface, thus protecting them from dirt and other influences. The film clings to the products like a second skin and, due to the vacuum effect, securely adheres them to the surface.
The die-cutter Cut 600 cuts the prepared “skins” to measure using a cutting pattern. During cutting, a ready-for-sale unit with euro perforation can be created at the same time!
Basic blister shapes can be produced using the blister option. If required, these basic shapes can be custom-made and fit to the dimensions of the product! This is especially useful for products which have to be attached tightly to the blister due to their individual characteristics.
